i should just condemn this lousy excuse for a blog to hell.

it's weird because i keep telling myself to delete the blog and get it over with but my finger always hovers undecidedly at the 'Delete' button each time i try - so hey - if you're still randomly checking for random updates...this is one of them.

it's sunday...i'm bored to tears and i'm not working tomorrow. no one is in the mood for sentosa and my only sentosa kaki is in zurich. i am soooo annoyed!

in other news, i have been on a baking rampage - hence the subject title. i baked brownies, double choc chip macadamia cookies and sugee cake. now my shoulders ache like hell. why ah? i think i have bad posture. hmmmm.

and so Barack Obama is the new US President.

I'm really happy he won! we were watching it over in the office and needless to say all whooped in joy when it went past the 270 mark...and kept on going up, up and UP.

here's to a greater *better* change in the States. woo hoo for the Democrats! and quite honestly, i much preferred Bill Clinton to Bush Jr. anyday despite the torrid affair with Monica Lewinsky. tut.

and yes i know - i haven't updated in ages. but you know how it is...i'm not exactly xia xue.

don't you think life is sailing by really quickly now?

i just realized it's been eons since a proper update (soccer updates not included). was just sitting down and wondering what happened so far this year...and decided not to after a while. you see, 2008 is not turning out to be the best year. financially (especially), personally (lots of bad decisions and screw-up) and career-wise.

but here's hoping the latter part of this year might turn out okay after all. let's be optimistic! 

heading up to KL for the MTV Asia Awards in Genting. might be a good deja vu since the last MAAs where we were slogging our arses off...but in a good way! missed those times definitely. and especially getting to be a groupie backstage. hurhur.

in other news, fiza, noorman and i are gonna be pros at salsa soon okay! we're taking classes at this studio over at this super dodgy area at the end of Shenton Way. hehe. but all's good although i can't seem to 'relax my arms'. sigh.

my boss is holiday-ing in Italy (dammit!)...hence the slightly longer update. as usual, let the pics do the talking!

I was trying to do a Fiza and not update this blog for a year – but Art is pressurising me to update.

Babe I honestly think you’re the only one left who bothers. Hahaha. So yea…this is for you.

I miss you lah babe…as I miss Amin. I’m seeing Fiza more than the both of you now!!! How random is that! (sorry Fiza no offense, but it’s true. And I love it that we’re meeting more often now!)

Okay…so…updates are pretty sparse. Nothing much going on except I think the 2^nd half of this year is finally looking up. Not for me…yet. But definitely for the ones dear to me. J Bimbo, I’m so bloody happy for you…now we have a reason to celebrate the 4^th of July! Wee hoo!

And Diva, we’re definitely gonna be there for the all important debut/performance (no choice there since art dah pandai2 beli tiket). And we promise not to be late. Or at least make Fiza promise that!

Art…your bonus is reason enough to celebrate, bitch.

As for me, for the first time in my life, I’m being completely magnanimous and say I’m happy everyone else is happy. :P

Flu is back with a roaring vengeance…not good.

On the plus side – I can always count on Bimbo to cheer me up with a completely useless tale. Like today, for example, she called me and after discussing someone’s sexual fixation at a great length – she started regaling me with a particularly funny episode of the Powerpuff Girls. A story I didn’t need to know – but entertaining nevertheless!

I laughed mostly at her enthusiasm in telling me the story. Only she can make the Poerpuff Girls sound like the greatest animation series to be invented. LOL.
